    - The definitive interactive program containing abstracts of the oral contributions has been updated and the list of participants as well as the title of presentations (oral, poster) is now published on the conference website. Please note that the opening ceremony will start at 13h and the registration desk will be open from 9h on the 8th July until the end of the conference. Please register as early as possible upon your arrival to avoid long waiting.

    - The list of participants for whom we have booked an accommodation in the university campus (8, 9, 10 July) is now published on the conference website (see accomodations). Please check your name on the list. Participants having no university accommodation are kindly asked to make their own arrangements. A list of hotels can be found on the conference website.

    - We would like to insist on the fact that the envisaged time is 15 minutes (including questions) for oral conferences and 45 minutes (including questions) for invited plenary lectures. No overtime will be accepted because of the very charged program. In order to help us in a good progress of these days, please send us the compressed PowerPoint file (max. 20 Mo) containing the slides of your presentation (thank to specify PC or Macintosh). Otherwise, we will also accept USB key support during your registration. For saving some precious time during the symposium, please note that it will not be possible to use your personal computer!

    - The poster session of the symposium will take place on Tuesday (8th July) evening (19h – 23h) and a buffet will be served to the participants during this session. Please note that the maximum dimensions of a poster are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. (A0 size is preferred.) The best posters (selected by the conference committee) will receive an award during the conference banquet.

- The proceedings of the conference will not be published – only the Book of abstracts will be provided. However, we plan to publish a special issue in the New Journal of Chemistry including ca. 15 articles, which will be selected by the conference committee among the best presentations (oral as well as poster). Please note also that the symposium will be attended by the editors of the New Journal of Chemistry and Nature Materials.

    - The social programme of Thursday (10th July) afternoon is free of charge for participants and accompanying persons. It includes a guided city tour and the visit of two scientific installations (LNCMP, LAAS). Please note that the registration to the scientific visits has been closed, but you can still register to the guided tour (see social events).

  - The conference banquet will take place on Wednesday evening (9th July) in Europe's unique Space and Astronautic Adventure Park (http://www.cite-espace.com/). The banquet is free of charge for the participants. The fee for accompanying persons is 65 € payable by cash upon registration.  Researchers from Toulouse have been admitted to the symposium at a preferential fee (50 €), which does not include the banquet price. For them the banquet fee is 65 € (senior) or 50 € (student) payable by cheque upon registration.

    - WIFI internet connectivity will be available for the participants at the conference place. A few PCs will be also available with internet connection.

    - The list of industry exhibitors and a link to their webpage is provided on the conference website. The exhibition will be open throughout the symposium.
