Olivier Baslé a réalisé son Master de chimie sous la supervision du Pr P.H Dixneuf à l’université de Rennes en 2005 et a obtenu son doctorat en 2009 à l’Université McGill sous la direction du Pr C.-J. Li.

Après des études postdoctorales dans les équipes des Pr J. Rodriguez et T. Constantieux à Marseille et du Dr D. Bourissou à Toulouse, il est nommé Chargé de Recherche CNRS à l’ENSC Rennes en 2011.

En 2018, il rejoint le LCC du CNRS à Toulouse.

Domaines d’expertise – projets en cours

Son programme de recherche porte sur le développement de transformations catalytiques sélectives à l’aide de complexes métalliques portant des ligands NHCs.

Ses intérêts de recherche incluent la synthèse organique, la chimie organométallique et la (photo)catalyse homogène, avec un accent particulier sur les réactions de fonctionnalisation des liaisons carbone-hydrogène.
