Après un doctorat à l’Institut Pasteur, Manuel S. Rodriguez a continué ses travaux de recherche dans divers centres européens tels que le centre pour les sciences biomoléculaires de l’Université de St Andrews, l’Institut Jacques Monod, les centres CIC bioGUNE et Inbiomed. Ses recherches sur l’Ubiquitine l’amènent à coordonner les réseaux européens UPStream et UbiCODE, dédiés à l’étude du système Ubiquitine-Protéasome. Manuel travaille en étroite collaboration avec le laboratoire Pharmadev (IRD).
