I. MALFANT studied physical chemistry at the University of Orsay, where she received a PhD in 1990 for her work in Bioinorganic Chemistry. Then, she joined the group of B. M. Hoffman at Northwestern University, US working on electron transfer in hemoglobins. She became associate professor in 1992 and professor in 2007 in LCC working on molecular photoactive materials. Since 2011, she is at the head of the group MCO (team R). She is the author of over 95 publications and 7 patents (h-index = 28).

Vincent César est un ancien élève de l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon. Il obtient le doctorat de chimie en 2004 à l’université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg) sous la direction du Prof. L. H. Gade et du Dr S. Bellemin-Laponnaz. Après un séjour post-doctoral avec le Prof. Dr. A. Fürstner au Max Planck Institut für Kohlenforschung (Mülheim/Ruhr, Allemagne), il intègre le CNRS en 2006 au Laboratoire de Chimie de Coordination à Toulouse et est promu Directeur de recherche en 2020.

C. Hureau finished her PhD in 2003 in Orsay, on Mn-based structural models of the water-oxidizing centre. Then she made three post-docs at the frontier of (bio-)chemistry, advanced spectroscopy and electrochemistry. In 2007, she joined the LCC where she became group leader of “Alzheimer, amyloids and Bio-Inorganic Chemistry” in 2015.
