Corentin Bouvier received the 1st Prize Award for the best poster
The prize was won on June 25, 2024, at the 2nd Severo Ochoa Conference: “Ligating the Ubiquitin Family: Physiology, Disease, and Future Directions” in Bilbao, Spain.
Corentin Bouvier’s thesis topic is the development of hybrid molecules, known as PROTACs, that lead to the selective degradation of proteins. His poster is about the degradation and the role of the ubiquitin ligase TRIM24 in proteasome inhibitor-resistant malignant cells.
This thesis is being completed by the M-team of the LCC “Dendrimers and Heterochemistry“, in partnership with B-molecular, the Toulouse Cancer Research Centre (CRCT), PharmaDev and the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute.”
