Toky RASAMINIRINA, Idaline ROMANA and Laurent ROPIQUET (INP Ensiacet LCC, Catalysis and Fine Chemistry Team) have developed two tools aimed at improving the efficiency of a research team – Kanban and Quarks Safety.

The awarded project provides a feedback on the implementation of Quarks Safety and KanBoard within the Catalysis and Fine Chemistry research team. The transformations in the team’s organization brought about by these software tools are discussed through relevant examples. These transformations have led to an overall improvement in the team’s efficiency.
